just bought 4GB Cruzer (SDC27-4096,  BH0702AG0B) won’t launch.   Have windows 2007.   How do I get this to work?

i have another cruzer that is about 3 yrs old and it works fine on my PC with windows 2007 and with previous windows operating systems as well.

??  There is no Windows 2007.  There is Windows 7 and MS is working on Windows 8 but no Windows 2007.

USB sticks don’t launch, they simply become available for use, reading & writing.  Older Cruzers had U3 on them which did launch, newer ones don’t have U3.  Regardless, Windows 7 disables auto-launch of all USB software.

Hi Ren, Try plugging the USB stick, open my computer. You should see an additional icon on it that wont be listed if the stick is unplugged.
