Issue Transferring IOS Photos to drive

Hello, I’m looking for some help. When I attempt to transfer photos from my iPhone to the drive, I’m getting an error. I’m using the wireless feature and working from the WD cloud app. When I go to transfer from my phone to drive, all goes normally until the photos get to the drive. Once on the drive the thumb nail shows a ? and when I click on the actual file, it shows a big cloud with a ? inside it. I’ve attached images of what I’m seeing.

Any help out there?

Looks like you are browsing HEIC photos. Those are not supported with thumbnails in the My Cloud mobile app.
