is there any way to recover a deleted folder or song

I stupidly deleted the music folder with the original songs while the fuze was connected to my PC, not from the player itself. I never even got to listen to them. Is there any way to restore them. I don’t see them in my recycle bin.

Restoration 3.2.13 if you haven’t over written it.

But in general when you delete a track from the Fuze there is no simple restore procedure.
