Is there any customer service?

I ordered a 14tb external drive on the 28 and the order just shows in the process. is this how wd treats it,s customers?

There isn’t. Returning recently purchased product since they won’t support it.

I think there is a paid service. I just purchased and set up a TB 14 Easystore external drive. I’m having problems connecting to the Discovery software. Looking for a fix and thought maybe I’d find it here. Ray
