I just bought a Sansa Clip and it says that I have to download the Rhapsody program before I start using my player. Do I really have to or can I just charge up and get music where I want to? Thanks so much from an absolute novice. Hope I can do this. Karen
Rhapsody is not required at all. You can put music on your Clip with just about any media player program, or just drag-and-drop.
Oh, thanks so much. I figured that might be the case but this 59 year old newbie didn’t want to screw anything up. Everyone seems so helpful here and I’m sure I’ll have a few more questions. Karen
Welcome, and feel free to ask! In the end, the Clip will function like any thumbdrive when connected to your computer, and so very easy to use–no software to have to learn. Drag and drop is a great thing–
