ios 12.1.4 & iXpand Drive USB 3.0

Hi,

I recently purchased a iXpand USB 3.0 drive, 64GB, and am running IOS 12.1.4.  When I plug the drive in, iOS detects it and asks if I want to launch iXpand Drive.  When I launch the iXpand Drive application, the application fails to detect the drive.

I have tired all steps mentioned on the iXpand drive NOT detected troubleshooting link, to no avail.

Is this a known issue with iOS, the application, OR a defective drive?

i have the same iOS version and it is working. Do you have any other iOS device to test it with? if it fails on other iOS devices as well it may be defective.

Same problem here, have two iXpand flash and they do not connect on my iPad Pro or iPhone 10 max. 

Running a beta of ios.

hows the battery life of this otg for ios does it last a good full day or two before completely downing on battery…???
