Hi All, I have a new 4gb MyPassportWirelessPro and setting it up for first use. I am fine connecting to my computer but not my iPhone. I install the MyCloud official App, I connect to the correct network (MyPassport…) then in the app I get this error -
Invalid Operation A file exists at this location, or an invalid operation was attempted.
Any suggestions or solutions greatly appreciated

Hi mjbos,
I would suggest to rebuild the My Passport Wireless Content Database and then try to register on My Cloud Mobile App.
