Internet Explorer 9

I have a 4 gig cruzer flash drive. When I put it in the usb port the tool bar comes up on Internet Explorer 8 just fine ( one click etc.). I see that IE9 has a different look to it, more like Google Chrome, no tool bars. The question is, if I decide to down load IE9, will my tool bar show up so I can use my one click logon’s? Thx
