I downloaded the WD Software Updater to install the 1.4.2.5 version of SmartWare. When I run it, it starts insaller and then claims the 1.4.1.1. is the latest and therefore latest version is installed. How do i fix this?
OH, That’s easy…you have to uninstall the old version each time…then reinstall and then when in does work again…repeat the process…this dumbware is for people who enjoy chasing clouds. Simply its a joke.
