Hi,

First, I would like to precise that english is not my native language, so I will make my best (I could not find any forum in french).

My question is the following : On my mp3 player, each songs are registered twice, and on my computer, when I look in the explorer, the songs appear only once? What do I do wrong and how can I erase one version of each song?

I would do a reformat. Back up any files as it will erase all on the player.

Then refer to the Videos that Enigma posted as to how you want to
transfer files to the player.
