So I just got my mp3 player today and I can’t put any music on it. Like when I drag my music into it, it dosen’t work. What do I need to do?
I am having the same problem. I am running VISTA and media player does not give me the option to send to it just play from it.
I got around this problem by opening “my computer” then pluging in the usb cable and it detected my sansa view player.
Then I opened another “my Computer” and copied my music from it to the other “my computer–sanasa player folder”
