Have you tried E-Bay, Amazon or even Google? The c200 sereis is very, very old, but there may still be some replacement batteries out there.
If you think you are asking SanDisk (here) for availablity of a new battery, be aware theat 1.) they don’t sell them, and 2.) this is a user’s forum, not a SanDisk Tech Support or Customer Service forum.
You can charge this device’s battery via USB connected to you computer, or any number of USB/AC chargers.
