I'm just sick of it.

I don’t have money to buy a new frickin mp3 player, i spent all of my money on this one! and I have had numerous problems with it.

I figured out how to delete music now, and I thought  got everything deleted.

but it still claims to have songs on it. they’re all bad tracks though.

they say 06 track 6. wma or something like that . all of them have numbers in the front and .wma after it.

I don’t know what to do. I deleted everything out of the folder on the computer, there is nothing left to delete.

what the hell do i do now?

this frickin thing is more work than it is worth. what a piece of **bleep**. i even had to download a new converter because the one it came with didn’t work… the company could have at least included a working converter.

god ******.

Please refrain from using profanity on the forums. Which player are you having trouble with? And have you tried formatting it?

have you tried doing what they descirbed in the how-to videos (linked below)? Theres always the 866-SanDisk tech support number. You can probably calm down a bit now.

7) Formatting your Sansa MP3 player in MSC mode (Windows XP | Vista)

8) Formatting your Sansa MP3 player in MTP mode (Vista)
