Hi, Mike: (Mike27oct) I downloaded Adobe Reader as instructed, and I still get the same message that my PDF file cannot be opened. I tried changing the file type, and it won’t let me do that, either, or it’s another thing I don’t know how to do. I’ve got 3 PDF files on my passport that I really want to get to. At least now I have Adobe Reader! Thanks for your patience and help. Claudia
