i have windows 7 and MyBook 2TB
If I update the firmware on MyBook Will I lose Data or it will be formatted ?
because my hard disk is very slow ( 300kb/s ) i don’t know why , i asked and they said to me to update firmware
Losing data is always a possibility when updating things firmware. It’s never good idea to trust important data to just one drive internal or external no matter who makes it.
