I read another post about the software backing up itunes songs the initial time but not on subsequent backups. I too have the same problem ans see " ( ) " as a common thread. Is Western Digital going to fix this already?
Hello, if you are using Smartware to backup your files, be sure to have the latest version installed. Also when doing the backup be sure to close any programs that might be using the song that you would like to backup.
