I own a WD MyBook Essential and have windows 10 installed in my computer. I received a WD update notification yesterday and again today but when I try downloading it won’t do anything. Is anyone else having this issue? If so, is there something I should do differently in order to get the update downloaded?

Same issue here on many different PC (even with W7)
