Hello friends. I am new to this forum, and this is my first post also. I recently upgraded my laptop’s RAM from 8 GB to 16 GB. But my laptop can’t use 16 GB of RAM. Just showing 16.00 GB (5.9 GB usable). Guys, I don’t know why this is happening, and how to solve this issue. Can you help me regard this? Any help will be appreciated.

So, yesterday I did a Google search and found this. The issue is fixed after applying a process mentioned there. I just checked the Maximum memory box from System Configuration.
