My Sans Express 2.0 GB MP3 player will not run on my computer with Windows 7 pro 64 bit. I need software for the Sansa Express 2.0 GB that will run with Windows 7 pro 64 bit.
The Sansa Express is MTP mode only, so you need to have Windows Media Player installed on your pc, as the MTP drivers are included with that. I guess Windows 7pro does not come with Windows Media Player installed?
I think WMP comes pre installed with Windows systems. Might as well try that one first though.
