my Mp3 IS not apple to charger when i put the usb is not response any thing for my computer
and mp3 is empty now and i tried on more comp. & usb But it not charger
pls Help me Cause im not know whats happend

If the battery is extremely low, it may take a while for the Express to begin charging. Leave it plugged in for a while.
If you are using a laptop, you may not have enough power to charge the Express. Try plugging in the laptop’s AC charger.
If you have multiple accesories plugged into your USB ports, unplug a few.
Try an AC charger.
If none of those ideas work, then you probably have a dead battery.
