I have a WDXB3200JBRNN and it looks like it failed

I have a WDXB3200JBRNN external drive and it has power but the drive is not spinning and it’s not shown on the Operating system Windows 7 or 8.

This drive has a USB Port hub on the bottom of the drive and it is operational and recognized by Windows, and even works when I plug in a device to it. 

The drive even though I can power up (The Power light comes on) it does not seem to be spinning or anything, no noise.

Once it is powered up even if I press the power button the light doesn’t go off!

Can someone give any ideas of how to recover the data on the drive?

If not seen on disk utility you will need to remove from enclosure and try to recover the data while connected to the motherboard directly

otherwise you’ll need a recovery company
