I have a method to solve this problem , but it is not free , i got it on Google , my friend and i  have successfully completed the password reset plan,

To reset Windows 7 password with or without USB drive.

By using USB drive,download Windows iSO file and burn it to an USB for making a Windows password reset disk,but for Windows 7 computer,i haven’t done that yet.
Without USB drive to reset Windows 7,then using third-party software is the only alternative.such as this tool.

If you forget the administrator password and don’t have a password reset disk or another administrator account, you won’t be able to reset the password. If there are no other user accounts on the computer, you won’t be able to log on to Windows and will need to re-install Windows, or try some other windows password reset tools like wingeeker, ophcrack or ntpassword.
