I don't have installation cd, i could not download from here, my computer does not recognise

Hi!

I both this Sansa clip 2 GB, mp3 last year. I dod not get installation cd. Anytime when I connacted to my computer it cant recognise it, so I cant put or change music in it. Few computer without any installation is recognise it but my computers cant. I tried to download this sansa clip softwer from here but it sais their was some problem during installation. I tried it 5 times , so t could work but it doesn not. So what can I do?

What type of operating system are you using? Windows Media Player version? These questions falls under the system requirements of your Sansa.

Have you tried forced MSC? 

1. Turn device OFF.
2. Slide the Hold switch down to Lock (orange color showing).
3. Press and hold the center button while connecting the device to the PC.
