Passport driver update won’t upadte. I did go to the web site and updated the firmware but when I click on the upadte button in WD Drive Utilities I get this

Have you tried on another computer?
the only other computer I have is windows xp, it is so bugy that I don’t want to risk my new drive and plus it only has the very first usb port 1.0.
