When I try to download a file, an error message:
"You don’t have permission to access “http://mp3support.sandisk.com/downloads/RunSanDiskSecureAccess_Win.zip” on this server."
Tried it with different ip. Firewall is turned off.
Can I download from somewhere else?
I have no problem downloading it. Are you on a computer which is set-up for limited access for different users? Maybe you have to be logged in as Administrator.

Would you happen to be in Russia? Due to local law ristrictions this application is not available for download in Russia.
