I cannot install the app on my iPad 3

I just received the wireless flash drive and the app won’t install. I’ve been trying to chat with someone and that doesn’t work either.

I am using 7.0.6
Is there a conflict with this OS version?

no the app is compatible with iOS 7. Can you be more specific regardiong “won’t install”?

I resolved the issue. It wouldn’t install on my iPad. Sorry, I can’t explain any better. Thanks.
