I’ve been using my portable WD just fine for over a year. Suddenly it stopped working. In file explorer it shows as G drive with a ? mark next to it. All my company documents are stored on this device. I’m dead in the water without it.

Have you tried using the drive on another computer?
Yes I have. Doesn’t even register as a drive.
