shows a copy made in 2013 but can’t access device without password. It is not locked. Is it possible to get access or must i just format device and lose what is in it? Thanks It is My passport
By design, there’s no way past a password encryption lock on a MyPassport.
It’s either use the password or wipe it and start again, for security reasons.
