How to shut down My Book Duo 12TB Properly

I have a 12TB My Book Duo, I eject the drive from my PC when I am done with it but there is no power button on the drive. I have always felt unsafe unplugging the power cable after the drive has been ejected.

Is there a proper way to shut down the drive so that it is no longer powered because I move my drive often around my house when I am using it so I cannot leave it plugged into power 24/7.

If you safely eject the drive and then, disconnect the USB cable the drive should shut down, this unit does not have a power button, but it does have this feature that shuts it down when the USB is diconnected.
