I updated “My Passport” and it hasnt worked since. I downloaded the Fat32 formatter from WD but it work work. Is says the device is too small. I would settle on rolling back the change but I cant find out how. Help!
You can reformat the drive with Windows to NTFS. If you need to reformat the drive to FAT32 you may install Acronis True Image WD Edition, or do it from a Mac, that does not require additional software for it.
