Seems as though this has turned into a DVD Ripping & Video Conversions SPAM thread!

Anyone thinking about posting something similar here (or anywhere else on the forum for that matter):

If you have found a good alternative method for converting videos for use on Sansa players, please post your findings either in the Sansa Media Converter board or in the board of the player it works with. This should be one that YOU personally use and you should share exactly what successes you’ve had.

Also please state whether this is a free program, or if it costs and what that cost is. If it is a limited trial period, or the ‘free’ version is crippled in some fashion (like a time limit on conversions or having a watermark on the resulting video). please elaborate on that as well.

Anything else is just a commercial, or SPAM and we don’t care to see it!
