How to retrieve files when original hard disk crashed?

Hi experts,
My hard disk crashed, so this was replaced by e new one. Now I can’t find the files on external WD MyBook, probably because the new disk is not recognised as the original one. How can I retrieve the on the WD backed up files? Is says ‘other data’, wich are not accessible.

Just to clarify, do you have a USB drive or a network drive?
