When I plug my WD Password into the Note’s USB, nothing happens, it doesn’t show up on the desktop or in the Finder (IOS). But if I use EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard it is able to locate WD and even search for lost files (which it can’t find). How do I access my files on WD Password?
I used WD drives utilities: SMART status error appeared on statur. And both the quick test and the full test failed.
Are you able to provide an image of what a WD Password device looks like?
An image? Do you mean if WDPassword icon appears plugged in? If so, no. The only information I have on its functionality is via the Ease Wizard.
What are you plugging into your Notes USB? Sorry, I never saw or heard of a WD Password device. I am checking their site now.
