How to get warranty period again

Hello,

      I’m using wd 1tb elements it suddenly stopped working not detected not even in bios don’t know why i want to get the issue fixed so treid to call wd in mumbai but they dont hve any service center here i can pay them for repairing it but there is no center here so i request to get additional warranty period or the pcb of same model as it may be the problem with it…plz reply to it urgently…

Unfortunately, Western Digital does not repair drives. We will gladly replace the unit as long as the drive is under the warranty agreement. 

The warranty is for the entire drive not for a specific part of the unit. I’ll suggest you to contact WD directly by phone or email for this case.
