I have a My Passport and simply want to remove everything so there will be room for backup of my new Mac. It’s probably simple but googling it has not helped me so I just joined here. I am NOT tech savvy but I am good at following directions I can read… watching YouTube videos goes way too fast for me to find my way. I tried to use it and it said I need 181.ooGB and I only have 13.88 available. I thought I erased everything but I obviously do not know what I am doing! I would be very grateful for any help with this… link to directions or whatever.
I do not know what any of the help topics that just popped up even mean! I need written out directions please.
