How to claimed for warranty?

My device is still under warraty. but if i can find the receipt of my purchase and didnt remember when i purchase it. is it possible for me to get a warranty for that as i already check at the warranty check through the s/n my device is still under warranty. 

can you advise me on this.

and please do explain on the how the process of warranty will be made for me? is it difference from one country from another. because im from malaysia.

i didnt yet register my hard disc. but i already checked the status of my warranty that is In Limited Warranty and it will ended in 2016.

i didnt remember the date exactly i bought but it is early last year (2013). so what i need to put the date required /date purchased when i filled in the register for my product as i have to register before i want to make any warranty claimed.

if there is any contact number or email that i could directly contact please tell me.

If it’s under warranty just register it and that’s all you need. You can even replace it online after you do.
