How to backup local copies of Google Drive and SkyDrivePro

The reason I bought MyPassport was that my GoogleDrive sync and my SkyDrivePro sync were not reliable.

Now I find MyPassport won’t back up my local copies of these files.

Reason given is “Access Denied” - but I don’t have the files open at all (well, 1 file yes, not 3,104 files).

How can I get the MyPassport to automatically backup and keep backedup these directories/files, whilst tryinbg to keep the Sync working too?

Hello,

Smartware is not compatible with cloud storage folders, you can try saving the file you want to backup on one of your computer local folders until Smartware completes the backup, and then move it to the Google drive folder.
