Should I recharge it whenever convenient, or should I let it drain? I’m at the computer a lot and can plug it in a lot.
Modern batteries last the longest when they are not deeply discharged. However, this will probably not make a huge difference.
Typical recommendation I’ve seen is to recharge when aroud 30-40%. But definitely not to deep discharge, apart from to reset the battery gauge evey now-and-again.
The short answer is whenever it’s convenient. These type of batteries aren’t affected by short charging cycles.
