How do I view my files that I backed up

I have the My book essential 2tg and I can’t find where to view my files that I just backed up without retrieving the data

Hi there

If you used WD Smartware to backup your computer, you just have to access the drive ( Start > Computer > My Book ) and you will see a folder that says WD Smartware.swstor , that folder contains the backup and if you open it, you’ll see the files.

Thank you, Now I backed up one other user and its only showing my main user, I thought I backed up both users contents

WD Smartware just backup one user at time to backup the other user, install WD Smartware on the ohter user account, run the backup and booyaaa !!! you’ll have it there !
