How do I run WD Access?

Is WD Access the way you get to the dashboard? I downloaded the Windows version of My Cloud, and there a two programs listed under Western Digital on my Windows programs list. These are WD Access and WD Backup. When I try to run WD Access, nothing happens. I am trying to get to the dashboard to set my “My Passport Wireless Pro” to automatically start copying files when I insert an SDXC card.

Can someone please show me how to get to the dashboard in order to set up that setting?
