How Do I reset my WD 12 TB My Book Duo

I need to reset My Book Duo WDBFBE0120JBK-00 to factory settings. But I cant see a reset hole or button. I have changed the drives and have moved it from a MAC to a Windows PC. Yet it just says something about RAID 1 issues. hence the need for a hard reset

Any tips ?
