How do I prevent my G-raid from going to sleep?

When I stop editing on my Mac for longer then 3-4 minutes, my G-Raid drive times-out or goes to sleep. When I resume editing, I get the rainbow circle spinning on my desktop for 20-30 seconds while the drive is waking-up. How do I prevent this from happening?
