I’ve got a quite simple problem.
I’ve got a MacBook and a Windows netbook with Windows 8 and I’ve just transformed the drive to be compatible with both systems (FAT32). But now I want to get the data I saved on the drive to my new windows netbook. But I just don’t know how. When I plug the drive in, nothing happens and when I’m clicking on the drive, all I can see is the features, but I can’t do anything else…

Hello Melisa, try going to the Computer window and verify if you can see the external drive icon from there, if not, try opening the Disk management to see if you can find it there, if you can, follow the link below for the steps to assign a drive letter.
