How can i automatically back up my verbatim flash drive to my passport ultra

my passport ultra does not recognise my verbatim flash drive which I would like to have backed up automatically when attached to my pc

Hello,

If you are using WD Smartware then you need to know that the software does not support backing up flash drives.
I recommend you copy and paste that information into the Passport Ultra

Hi i have another passport drive on another pc and that recognises a flash drive stick called EasyDisk i not sure if this is made by WD, reading some literature it seems if i purchase WD pro that will do the trick not sure if this is the case
