Hi, My book duo had one disk is faulty, They send the warranty My book duo to me that has two recertified disks. My question is should I keep the old and working disk? Or use their two recertified disks as My driver? Is the recertified disk better than my old disk? My old hard disk had been used 2 years.
I’d recommend forwarding your inquiries to WD Support for clarification.
Normally, they’d replace the individual internal hard drive at fault rather than the entire unit unless that’s the way the RMA was generated (Via web).
