Two days ago ive encountered a problem with my harddrive, when i was re-formating my harddrive it became raw filesystem and i noticed i couldent format it through windows utility nor through the cmd prompt. I am really asking for some help here guys , ive tried to google for answers ive turned to search for youtube. Everything i can find is file recovery from RAW but i am in no need for file recovery i just want to whipe it clean and have a NTFS drive again.
I spent all day yesterday running iCare Recovery thinking i could re-format it. Ive still got 1months warranty on " My Passport Essential 1TB " but i havent contacted support yet since i wanted to try fixing it myself.
