Hello! For the first time since I got my mp3, when I connect it to the computer, it never registers. It doesn’t show up as a connected device and the screen on the mp3 just continues to say “connecting” I just bought a bunch of music through Amazon and want to download it. Help! Also, my mp3 is a few years old and I’m wondering that everyone suggests as a replacement? Thanks!
You might try a different cord.
Trying a simple Windows Update might do the trick too. The player is using the windows drive to initialize. Could be worth the shot.
