I am on my fourth sansa mp3 player. They have to replace the previous three because of malfuntions. I am so fed up with the sansa product that I don’t know what to do. I have had my view for a month. My tracks just expired, so I plugged into my computer to renew. Alas, the same problem again! Tracks won’t renew- can’t add new tracks- problem with internal clock.
What gives??? Now I’ll have to re-format again??? losing all of my tracks again??? This is insane!
Any advice? I have so much time invested in this ■■■■, so I don’t want to just give up.
I think I will begin collecing signatures for a letter to the Better Business Bureua. It’s time SanDisk answered for their fautly products. Customers deserve better!
