Help! Sansa e260 turn off when press up (play) button!

Hi, I have Sansa e260 (4Gb). Device play music good. But, when I press up button (>||), it say Goodbye and turn off.

If I press and hold Power button, it turn off immediately, don’t show Goodbye Screen.

How must I do to fix problem?
