Read this FAQ.

Most likely you have corrupted files, or bad info (foreign characters, etc.) in the ID3 tags.

This FAQ explains the differences and purposes of each USB connecting mode.

You don’t have to remember or think . . . you can check it (and also change it) by going into SETTINGS > USB MODE on your player. :wink:
